Returns

We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on www.unmarked-collection.com for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your original form of payment. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a filled our returns form. You may view the form here.

If the return is postmarked after 14 days of the order ship date we will not be able to accept the return.

All orders sold at a discount in excess of 30% off are final sale and cannot be returned. Accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days. 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted when items are received defective or damaged. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aloha@unmarked-collection.com

 

Late/Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All sale items are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not available.
